Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened software or digital downloads.
- Items purchased under clearance or special sales.
How to Return:
- Contact us at returns@freevoice.co.za to initiate the return process.
- Once your return is approved, ship the item back to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
