Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition or are missing parts.
Non-Refundable:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to reflect. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@freevoice.co.za.
